Health Services Book was born from a familiar South African frustration. We’ve all been there: spending hours on the phone trying to get an appointment, sitting in traffic to see a specialist, or struggling to find a provider who is contracted in with our medical aid.

We knew there had to be a better way. We envisioned a platform where finding a trusted doctor was as simple as ordering groceries online. So, we brought together a team of local technologists, doctors, and patient advocates to build a solution, for South Africans, by South Africans. Our goal is to bridge the gap, using technology to make quality healthcare more accessible, whether you’re in a major city or a more remote community.
